Traders, except those possessing the status of authorised economic operator granted by a customs authority, shall enter into an agreement with a warehouse operator to place goods for temporary storage until its clearance completes. The agreement will be valid for at least one year and the details of the services will be set in its annex(s) when appropriate.

Undertake currency controlTraders must register all foreign trade contracts or invoice(s) estimated over 50.000,00 USD and obtain a registration number at a commercial bank or a branch of the National Bank to proceed with customs and tax payments.
Transportation operator(s) shall submit the information on traders' goods in advance and online to ensure it is available to customs authority when the goods arrive at a border crossing point.
