The full procedure compiles the steps related to licenses, permits, transportation and clearance processes for the temporary export of agricultural machinery by road.
The full procedure compiles the steps related to licenses, permits, transportation and clearance processes for the temporary export of agricultural machinery by rail.
Traders shall enter into one or several agreement(s) with transportation operator(s) to arrange the delivery of goods by a selected mode of transport. The agreement(s) will be valid for at least one year and the details of the services will be set in its annex(s) when appropriate.
Traders must register all foreign trade contracts or invoice(s) estimated over 50.000,00 USD and obtain a registration number at a commercial bank or a branch of the National Bank to proceed with customs and tax payments.
Exporters must arrange the timely delivery of goods with a road haulage company (i.e. order submission, truck obtaining, freight loading and dispatch, and payment of costs).

Traders must complete all the temporary export-related formalities from relevant border regulatory agencies and pay associated costs when applicable.
