Recently, the following prohibitions have been in force with regard to:
  • the exportation of light distillates, certain types of light distillates, aviation kerosene, diesel fuel, gas oils, toluene, xylene and petroleum bitumen (HS codes 2710 12 110 1 – 2710 12 310 0, 2710 12 700 0 – 2710 12 900 8, 2710 19 110 0 – 2710 19 460 0, 2710 20 110 0 – 2710 20 190 0, 2902 30 000 0, 2902 41 000 0, 2902 42 000 0, 2902 44 000 0, 2713 20 000 0) 01.01.2026 – 30.06.2026.
  • the exportation of gasoline, diesel fuel and certain petroleum products by road transport (HS codes 2709 00, 2710, 2902, 3403, 3811, 3826 00), except for lubricating oils (HS codes 2710 19 820 0, 2710 19 840 0, 2710 19 860 0, 2710 19 880 0, 2710 19 920 0, 2710 19 940 0, 2710 19 980 0, 3403 19 900 0, 3403 91 000 0), as well as except for exports in factory-installed fuel tanks (no more than once per day), exports of aviation fuel for research and testing purposes subject to authorization, and exports within humanitarian aid 20.11.2025 – 20.05.2026.
  • the exportation of petroleum products by rail transport (HS code 271012), except for gasoline exports under approved supply plans and exports within humanitarian aid 20.11.2025 – 20.05.2026.
  • in addition, regarding the exportation of beef (HS codes 0201 – fresh or chilled meat of cattle; 0202 – frozen meat of cattle) there is a quantitative restriction (quota), 31.12.2025 – 30.06.2026.
